Trading Spree Seller Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Trading Spree. By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and trustworthy marketplace for all users.
2. Seller Responsibilities
– Accurate Listings: Provide truthful and comprehensive descriptions of your items, including any defects or wear. Include clear, high-quality images that accurately represent the product.
– Prohibited Items: Do not list items that are counterfeit, infringe on intellectual property rights, or are otherwise prohibited by law. A detailed list of prohibited items is available in our Prohibited Items Policy.
– Timely Shipping: Ship sold items promptly using the shipping method agreed upon with the buyer. Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Transaction Policies
– Platform Transactions: All sales initiated on Trading Spree must be completed through our platform. Directing buyers to complete transactions off-site is strictly prohibited.
– Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with buyers. Respond to inquiries and messages in a timely manner.
4. Fees and Payments
– Commission Fees: Trading Spree charges a commission fee on each sale. The current fee structure is as follows:
* $1 for items priced under $15.
* $2 for items priced between $15 and $49.
* $3 for items priced at $50 and above.
* An additional 5.99% fee applies to the total order amount, including shipping and taxes.
– Payouts: Earnings from sales will be disbursed to sellers after the buyer confirms receipt of the item or after a predetermined period, whichever comes first. Payouts will be made via the seller’s chosen payment method.
5. Seller Verification
To maintain a secure marketplace, Trading Spree may require sellers to verify their identity. This process may include providing:
– Full legal name
– Date of birth
– Residential address
– Phone number
– Additional documentation as needed for verification purposes
6. Community Standards
Sellers are expected to uphold Trading Spree’s community standards by:
– Respectful Interaction: Engaging with all users in a respectful and courteous manner.
– Prohibited Conduct: Avoiding behaviors such as harassment, spamming, or solicitation.
– Content Integrity: Ensuring all content posted is truthful and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
7. Violations and Enforcement
Failure to comply with these terms may result in actions including, but not limited to:
– Removal of listings
– Account suspension or termination
– Reporting to appropriate authorities if necessary
8. Amendments
Trading Spree reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
